Early in the morning, Ananya went to the library near her house. The library was quiet, and the shelves were full of books. She picked a storybook about animals and sat by the window to read. As she turned the pages, she imagined herself walking in a jungle with lions, elephants, and deer. Reading made her feel excited and curious. After finishing the book, Ananya carefully placed it back on the shelf. The librarian smiled and told her that books are like friends who teach us new things. Ananya promised to visit the library every week.
